Know and Dress Your Body Type
1. Banana - this body shape means that your chest, waist and hips are almost in equal width/circumference. They say that in all the shapes, this is the most"boyish" of all, but they have an advantage because they can wear V-necks or short skirts without looking too skimpy. What to wear: Something that highlights your waist, or flatters your chest and hips. Belts are your friends because they make your waist look smaller. Partner any chiffon dress with a thick belt which makes your waist look smaller, which automatically makes your chest and hips look equally proportioned.
2. Apple - this body shape means that your upper body is in bigger proportion than in your lower body such as hips or legs. Other body shapes envy this body shape because most have 'large breasts' which make them look sexy. Since they have small proportioned legs, they can wear short skirts or shorts without looking awkward or bulky. What to wear: Something that decreases the size of your chest and arms, and flaunts your legs. Long sleeved blouses and dresses, paired with shorts or skirts are the way to go! Pair a cardigan with cute shorts or your favorite jeans.
3. Pear - This body type means that your lower body is in larger proportions than your upper body. Many women complain with this body shape because they have difficulty looking for something that will make their hips look smaller. If you know the trick to making your hips look smaller, you won't have to worry about a thing. What to wear: Look for something that hides the hips, such as a pleated dress. Any lower garment that does not hug the shape of your hips is a good idea.
4. Hourglass - congrats! You have a equally proportional chest and hips, with a small waist. This means that any clothing that highlights the smallness of your waist and highlights your chest and/or hips, will flatter your body shape. What to wear: Look for garments that hug your body shape, but make sure that the you will only choose to flatter either your upper or lower body aside from your waist. Wearing cleavage revealing tops and short bottoms will make your look cheap. The key is subtly being subtly sexy, such as a bodycon mini dress.
Remember, these are just basic tips. The principle is flaunt your positives, and pacify your negatives. Another thing, it's not just what you wear, but it's also about you, the wearer. It's how you carry yourself, being confident even if you are just wearing sweatpants and a raggy shirt.

What You Eat Can Cause Great Suffering Or Great Health
The very quality of life itself can depend largely on what sort of diet and supplements (if any) one takes. There are countless health foods one should be doing all one can to include in one's lifetime diet regimen, rather than simply consuming whatever comes along. Regardless of what one may be trying to accomplish (such as lose weight, etc.) it is vital that one's nutritional considerations come first.

If not enough water is drunk on a daily basis, toxins from what is consumed, toxins from metabolic wastes, and toxins from other sources can and do accumulate causing all manner of problems. In most cases, it is mainly toxins that are the cause of so many mental and emotional problems, not always mineral and/or vitamin deficiencies.
Everyone has special needs, individual variations and differences. The most obvious difference is male vs. female. Because everything I write here is based on my limited "male" perspective, various adjustments would have to be made for women accordingly. Hopefully the basic principles will always be applicable to everyone, regardless of what sex, body type, metabolic needs, etc. The list of herbs and supplements may appear rather lengthy, however, but in no way are they all to be used at once. Instead just research and take a few of the best (for your particular needs) from each group.

The supplements may require a significant amount of money to get started on and a certain amount of expense to maintain, so start out slow! Whole, natural foods high in antioxidants or "super foods" are far superior to any fractured or isolated substance, so always choose among these first before trying any single or isolated vitamin, mineral, herbal extract, or chemical substance.
This diet is not designed merely to please the senses, it is meant to completely fulfill all nutritional needs and far beyond, so that one's soul, or happiness is completely satisfied. Supplying exactly what the mind, body and soul needs is far more important, wise and sensible than eating just to please the senses. Life is actually much, much more fun and fulfilling this way.
The good thing about living as healthy as possible are all the illnesses, dental and medical costs that one would most likely be able to avoid. So much inconvenience, expense, pain and suffering prevented! I can tell you this is a fact because I have definitely been able to avoid several decades of of what could otherwise have been high medical, psychiatric and dental costs, suffering, etc. by following this path. Increased libido, rejuvenation, younger looking skin, and greatly enhanced well-being are the main side-effects.
The Diet -- Incorrect Eating is Perhaps the Greatest Cause of Suffering Ever:
The human body is designed only for whole food, especially raw, whole alkaline-forming food. Lentils
Lentils are associated with the human food for thousands of years. Western Asia is believed to be the origin place of the lentils. They are available in different colors including green, brow, red, black, orange, etc.
The color, shape and size of lentils vary depending upon its type. However, mostly, all types of lentil are available throughout the year. Fresh lentils cannot be used for the consumption. Only dry lentils are included in the human meal. Many countries including US, India, Australia, Canada, Bangladesh, Turkey, Iran, and Ethiopia grow the lentils.
All over the world, there are numerous varieties of lentils are available. However, white, yellow and red lentils are widely used. After removing their seed coat, they are sold in the market. Seeds with the coat, split ones, and the whole lentils are also available for you to buy. You can use lentils to make curries, soups, salads and various other rice cuisines. Lentils are easily available and are healthy and tasty food.
Lentils are enriched with the proteins. They contain more than 25% proteins in it. People who cannot afford expensive meat or vegetable, their need of protein can be fulfilled with the lentils. They contain other minerals, vitamins, amino acid, dietary fiber, and folate, as well.
Lentil consumption is helpful for lowering cholesterol. Dietary fiber of lentil helps to lower down the cholesterol. The considerable amount of folate and magnesium in lentils restrain the damages to artery walls of the heart. Due to its iron content, it is known as a good energy supplier. It provides slow and steady energy which constrains sudden increment in the blood sugar after having a meal. Some of the studies claim that lentils are useful to prevent the breast cancer, as well.
Lentils have a mild flavor and tastes best when are cooked with the assertive flavored ingredients. Lentils, generally, hold their shape after cooking, but you can smash them easily, if cooked well. There is no need to soak the lentils. Unlike beans and peas, you can cook them up anytime without prior preparations.
Bigger lentils take longer time to cook and vice versa. You should keep in mind that, salt slows down the cooking speed of lentils. So, add salt only when you have finished cooking. One cup of the dried lentils will yield 3 cups of the cooked ones. Lentils absorb other flavors and seasonings. So, if they are cooked with assertive flavors, they will give the best taste.
While buying lentils, make sure that there are no insect damages, and they are not cracked. Remove foreign articles, shivered lentils and debris. Rinse them well in water and discard the water completely. Spread them in the dish or on the cloth and let them dry. Once they are dried, they are ready to cook.
Cooking method:
Take a sauce pan. Add adequate water in it. Use 3 cups of water for one cup of lentils. Let the water boil vigorously and then add washed and dried lentils in it. It is better adding lentils in boiling water than brought them to boil with the water. Green lentils usually take 30 minutes where as red ones takes about 20 minutes.
Determine the firmness according to the dish for which you will use these lentils. Soups and salads need firmer texture while curries require bit mushy lentils. When the desired results are achieved, remove the pan from the gas.
Don’t discard the hot water immediately. Lentils absorb water which makes them juicy and tasty. Let them be in a hot water for few minutes and then discard the water. Avoid using this discarded water for the preparation of final dish as it may change the color of final dish and may leave an unpleasant stink.
You can season these lentils with your favorite herbs and spices. Fresh lemon juice, vinegars, herbs works really well with the lentils. Add the salt after lentils are completely cooked otherwise it will make them hard and tough. Older lentils take longer time to cook. So, do not mix old lentils with the new ones. It may give an uneven result.
You can use these cooked lentils for any recipes including rice, soups or curries.
Storage:
Dry lentils have a long shelf life if they are stored properly. It is considered as a staple food for its durability. Store them in a cool and dry place in an airtight container. The color may fade away with time, but the quality will remain the same with few alterations.
Cooked lentils can be used even after one week from which they are cooked. Just make sure they are refrigerated in an air tight container. The frozen lentils kept in air tight container can be used even after six months. However, it might adversely affect their taste and quality.

Sleep and Loss of Muscle Mass in Weight Loss
Having the ability to build muscle mass is an asset in this world of worship and beauty that is that of our society. Whether you want to have the appearance of Brad Pitt or Megan Fox, good muscle mass is essential for an impeccable appearance. Many people, not to target women, do not understand, or just do not want to understand, that more importantly in proportion is your lean mass ("muscle"), the lower your percentage of fat.
Low% fat = beautiful body composition = "Nice shape"
So muscle hypertrophy (increase) = decrease in fat% = "Nice shape"
And yes, even for women! And you will not look like HULK, do not worry.
It goes without saying that to maintain our muscle mass is excessively important. This is what raised a very interesting question in me:
Does sleep have an impact on muscle mass?
In recent years, we have seen a decrease in sleep time and an increase in obesity in North America. A link has indeed been drawn between these two variables. However, we can say that lack of sleep creates, as it were, a loss of muscle mass. Of course not. This is only a correlation link.
However, a very recent study has shown that a lack of sleep has a considerable impact on the loss of muscle mass and on the reduction of fat oxidation. This study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine (October 2010) compared two groups to assess the impact of a decrease in sleep time (8.5 hours vs. 5.5 hours) on body composition.
"We examine the effect of sleep restriction, designed to approximate the short sleep times of a society, and may compromise the effect of reduced-calorie diets on excess adiposity [... ]. The combination of energy and sleep restriction in overweight adults resulted in a modified state of negative energy balance by a decreased loss of fat and considerably increased loss of fat-free body mass. Our experimental data show that sleep plays an important role in the preservation of human fat-free body mass during periods of reduced caloric intake."
The scientific community has clearly demonstrated the correlation between sleep deprivation and weight loss. A lack of sleep makes weight loss very difficult to achieve, since it has a direct impact on two hormones related to the regulation of appetite. In the occurrence leptin and ghrelin. What makes the study so interesting is that it demonstrates a direct link between lack of sleep and loss of lean mass in a caloric restriction situation.
Thus, it would seem that during a period of caloric restriction, a lack of sleep would cause a metabolic, neuro-endocrine and behavioral reaction that would make your attempts at weight loss excessively difficult.
In clearer terms:
A lack of sleep makes weight loss difficult.
But a lack of sleep during periods of caloric restriction makes a loss EXCESSIVELY difficult.
So keep in mind that it's not all about numbers. It is not so simple to lose weight that you spend more calories than you ingest. Several variables have a very important impact on the possibility of oxidizing as much fat as possible. That's fine weight loss, but what we're aiming for is no more a loss of fat in order to get a body composition worthy of your dreams.
For this you need your MUSCLE MASS.

Summer season is usually spent by going to beaches, sunbathing and getting oneself tanned. But wouldn't it feel better if you do these with a nice and fit body? How to Grow Beetroot
- The seeds, much like Swiss Chard are best planted directly in the place you want them to grow.

- They will shoot upwards and after about two and a half months, you should see the bulb beginning to form.
- You can push the soil up around the beetroot bulb, as this will allow it to become larger. This is called ridging.
- Be sure to give maturing roots space in which to grow without crowding them.
They have many companions and these include: Beans, Lettuce, Garlic, Onions, Kohlrabi and Cabbage.
However, Beetroot is not fond of growing near Mustard.
